WALLINGFORD PIZZA OVEN

This landscape project revitalized a backyard of this family’s urban home and provided an environment for the their frequent pizza party traditions. Simple and durable materials were used to create a backdrop and stage for the many social events hosted in this outdoor living space. Cedar fencing transitions seamlessly into a cedar siding for the new garage, creating a consistent privacy screen wrapping the patio. Amidst concrete block walls, benches, pavers, and a custom pizza oven, carefully integrated planting areas soften the edges and integrate the natural environment. Our architectural approach relied on thoughtful use of simple materials to design functional solutions for this family’s daily life.
