Replacing two small single-family homes, this project introduces five freestanding residences, each providing 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Residents have the option to add a daylit lower-level Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), enabling up to 10 dwellings to form a small community. A shared communal access courtyard facilitates neighborly interactions while preserving individual privacy and maximizing private outdoor space.

Access to each unit's front door is via a shared interior pedestrian path, fostering community engagement and small gatherings in the common area. By locating the main entry internally, the exterior space is optimized for private and highly functional outdoor living areas.
